Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can make a change in one of the following ways:

1. In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value (this is if you have premises on the street or a store).
2. From your home. For that, contact [email protected] and we will contact the postal company so that they can pick up the product. You can exchange the product for another of the same value, which will also be sent to your home.

Returns can only be made during the 15 days following the purchase to avoid being charged for the exchange request.
